How do you get a cool looking blog?!?!

i've been reading all this so nifty and cool mommy blogs. first of all how do they find the time, second where do they learn how to create such darn cute blog sites? just because i'm a graphic designer, doesn't mean i know web stuff. soooo, i'm hoping to win a cool re-do of my blog. so i'm posting this cute little icon in hopes of winning something - like a re-do or a very cool mommy necklace. we'll see...
